Service Description

24/7 Personalized Group Living for Adults with Disabilities! Lumiere offers full-time residential support for adults (18+) with developmental disabilities, complex medical needs, or behavioural support requirements. Our homes across Edmonton are small (typically 2–3 residents) and staffed 24/7 by trained support workers who deliver care with dignity and consistency. Each client receives a Personalized Wellness Plan developed in partnership with guardians and case teams. Supports include personal hygiene, meal prep, medication administration, behaviour or mental health support, daily routines, and cultural accommodations. Using our Care Compatibility Index™, we ensure residents are matched with both staff and housemates in ways that foster trust, comfort, and long-term success. Funding accepted: PDD, AISH, and private-pay.
